Outdoor Space
Casa Jade has the most stunning sea views over the glistening seas of Camp De Mar and with access to a costal path at the end of the garden it is a lovely stroll to the beach and amenities of the resort. The villa has a lot of outdoor seating options and sunbathing loungers to sit and enjoy the weather. A large outdoor shaded dining table is perfect for breakfast and lunch. The pretty gardens are established and have lots of native plants and flowers. A lovely shaded chill out area is available with cosy sofas and elegant table and chairs. The private infinity pool is a great way to cool off from the sun.
Also featured around the property are pretty courtyards, one has a further dining table for more meal options. Maybe fire up the BBQ and enjoy an al fresco dinner with the family. There is a very laid back Moroccan vibe to the villa.
Living Space
The living space in Casa Jade is spacious, light and airy. Split over upper and lower lounges with dining room and kitchen. The upper lounge over looks the pretty internal garden and its the perfect spot to relax with a book. Exposed beams and a feature fireplace adds to the ambience of the room. Alternatively, sit back on one of the large comfortable leather sofas in the second lounge and watch Satellite TV. Other gadgets include a stereo and Ipod. This lounge has access to the outdoor terrace and that fabulous view.
The dining room is as elegant as the lounges with a feature chandelier hanging from the vaulted ceiling with access through to the modern kitchen via stone arches.
Kitchen And Utilities
The ultra modern kitchen at Casa Jade is a strong mixture of stainless steel and cream granite work surfaces, the kitchen has everything you need for a luxury villa holiday. The kitchen has direct access to the pool terrace so perfect when dining outdoors.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms all with en-suite facilities.
The Master Bedroom (some 53m² or 580ft²) with a centrally located double bed, walk in wardrobe, free standing bath, vaulted ceiling and terrace with outstanding views of the Mediterranean make this a very romantic setting, not to be missed.
The second bedroom is beautifully proportioned and spacious, with twin beds (can be used as a double) and views over the pool. It has a modern 'wet room' style bathroom.
Bedroom four is on the upper level of the house with great views over Camp de Mar bay. It has twin beds (can be used as a double), private terrace and modern 'Wet Room' style shower. Not accessible from the main villa.
The fourth and fifth bedrooms are located externally at pool level , at the base of the towers shown in the pictures , the fourth bedroom has twin beds (can be used as a double). This room has a private terrace and a stylish modern 'wet room' style shower.
The fifth bedroom is larger than the other guest rooms (except the Master Bedroom) at 27m². or 270ft² and has a double bed. The external location makes it ideal for friends who come to stay, or the teenagers, with it's own sun terrace and direct access to the main entrance, again not accessible from the main villa.
Location
Casa Jade is set in an enviable location. Beautiful views, set in a quiet residential area yet within walking distance to Camp De Mar and its shops and restaurants. There is a costal path at the bottom of the garden which will lead you down to the beach and waterfront bars and restaurants.

A beautiful 5 bedroom, fully air conditioned villa with private infinity pool and gardens overlooking the turquoise Bay of Camp de Mar, the beach and amenities including the beach front bars are all within easy walking distance,
All bedrooms have en suite facilities & private terrace areas, the whole villa has been finished to a very high standard. The external areas are spacious with plenty of sitting/relaxing space, there are established gardens and an infinity pool which is approximately 12.5 mtrs x 6.5mtrs , there is a shallow end and anti slip tiles on the pool floor, the terrace areas have beautiful views over the Bay, this is a wonderful private family holiday villa in Mallorca.
Family Villa Interior
The Villa is entered via the wide staircase draped with foliage and flowers, you turn the corner into the inner central court yard with calming Moroccan vibes. This area also doubles as the alfresco dining area for those large family and friends gatherings, barbeque available for guests use.
Villa’s inside living area is made up of the upper and lower lounges, dining room and kitchen.
The cosy upper lounge, over looks the internal court yard garden and makes for a great retreat to while away a few hours with a good book.
Alternatively you can relax on the large leather suites of the lower lounge and watch the satellite TV or simply listen to the stereo or Ipod system.
The modern dining room has a chandelier hanging from the vaulted ceiling and access to the kitchen and lounge through stone arches that create a dramatic setting.
The ultra modern kitchen with it's mixture of stainless steel, cream granite work surfaces is fully equipped , the direct access to the pool terrace is ideal when alfresco dining.

Maria 5 beach

This is a stunning Villa, 3 generations of our family stayed for a week. The views are fabulous and facilities both in the villa and kitchen are spot on.
The pool is great and the outside area worked well for us. Lots to look at and some lovely touches in this pretty home. We wanted somewhere in walking distance to the restaurants and beach which this villa is but only for those who are able as its quite steep and some may struggle. Camp Es Mar is lovely the beach is pretty and although not huge never felt overfull.
Bonus for us was being able to leave un-used drinks etc as in the other villas weve rented absolutely everything has had to be disposed of.

We were four couples and a baby. Casa Jade is fabulous, lovely en suite bedrooms private terraces with sea views. Lots of different areas of outdoor space for dining relaxing sunbathing and privacy. Kitchen has everything you need and more. A short walk down to the clean beach, sea and shops, the 7 month baby loved the children's playground and the sandy beach I would really recommend Casa Jade to anyone wanting a beautiful relaxed holiday and also the support and advice given by Debbie and Lucy at the villa rental company.

Lovely villa, in an excellent location. Traditional style with modern interior, really well maintained and laid out for a large family or group of friends with the benefit of a separate bedroom in a linked building. The building management was very attentive and responsive for anything you needed, beautiful pool and outdoor area complete with sonos speakers. Wifi didn't reach all of the rooms but this is a very minor gripe, as it was really good speed in other areas. Definitely looking forward to return.

Villa Jade is a FABULOUS Villa and we had the loveliest holiday there.
The different area's of this villa are wonderful one area you feel you are in Morocco and another area France and then of course Mallorca.
The villa is superbly looked after by the team at Southwest Mallorca.
They were at the villa when we arrived to go through everything and were extremely helpful with all our inquiries

I can't recommend Casa Jade highly enough. A beautiful villa in a great location with an amazing view. Very well equipped, with plenty of space both indoors and out, but still feels homely. All organised brilliantly by South West Mallorca Villas. Very enjoyable holiday.

"A group of 8 of us stayed at Casa Jade for a week and we had the most incredible stay. The villa is gorgeous and in great condition, clean and tidy and nicely decorated. There was so much space and the rooms all had bathrooms which was great. The pool area and view overlooking the pool is simply beautiful. We loved that we could walk into town and that Port d'Andratx was only a short drive away. We would highly recommend and can't wait to go back

Casa Jade is a wonderful, welcoming and very well looked after villa. Each room is large and sunny with outside space - big enough to have your own space even in a large group - and it's also a very sociable home with wonderful spaces to cook and eat together. We were a family party of 7 ranging from 15 to 84 and everyone loved it. Great sound system too!
The pool is wonderful - with very comfortable sunbeds - and the views are incredible. The walk to the beach is less than 10 minutes but it's quite a hill so worth knowing if you have very young children or anyone who might find that difficult. Two of the rooms are accessed from outside the main villa (although are a part of it) - also worth knowing if you have very young children or those who need a bit more care. Camp De Mar is a lovely little resort - clean beach, quiet. Port d'Andratx is just 10 minutes away in a car (which we strongly recommend you renting not least for supermarket shops). We had a wonderful two weeks and have many happy memories of a great holiday at beautiful Casa Jade!

I cannot say enough about how beautiful this villa is. We were a party of 7 (villa will take 10) and had loads of space. All rooms were really good , each with en suite and their own little terrace or balcony. The master suite was amazing and massive with a lovely large balcony where all the family assembled each evening for our pre-dinner drinks.Absolutely everything you could need is here; many different places to eat,gas & charcoal bbq's and beautiful kitchen. The infinity pool was an absolute delight with a view right over the cove & sea.
Camp de Mar is charming, quite a quiet small town with a beautiful beach, several supermarkets and a least 4/5 really excellent restaurants. A perfect bakery for early morning pastries was just a few minute walk away.
All in all a very social family holiday to remember.

Villa Jade is een ruime en charmante villa met terras en zeezicht. Buiten eten mogelijk, tevens patio met haard/barbecue mogelijkheid. Zeer verzorgde villa, met slippers/ badhanddoeken, zonnebrandmiddelen, compleet uitgeruste keuken, goede bedden. Lokatie is top: dichtbij leuke stadjes zoals Port d Andratx, Soller, zand strand en ook kleinere kiezelstranden, tevens dichtbij Palma. Aanrader!

What a wonderful holiday we all had in Casa Jade in Camp de Mar! The location and the villa were perfect for our needs - equipped with everything we required for a relaxing time. A wonderful home in which to spend a holiday. The location is within easy (slightly hilly) reach of a variety of restaurants providing great food. Any issues we experienced were dealt with promptly and efficiently by the property management services.

Casa Jade - it was a dream. We say many thanks to the owners, that we had the opportunity to spend a fantastic week in Villa Casa Jade.
When we were given the opportunity in the short term in our last vacation in September to visit Villa Casa Jade, the owner had already received us so warmly and adorable and out through the house. But again many thanks !! We were completely overwhelmed already at this time. That the impression still could increase, so we did not expect. Casa Jade is a dream haven that immediately put us under its spell. An object equipped with so much love in detail; everything is planned around really perfect and thoughtful; the various bedrooms with private bathrooms and small terraces; We lived in the master bedroom with a terrace overlooking the sea and it was every morning a dream, there to open his eyes and start the new day.
Many thanks to Alana yet who assist us in questions.
We felt like at home and will be back!

Casa Jade – es war ein Traum. Wir sagen vielen Dank auch den Eigentümern, dass wir die Möglichkeit hatten, eine fantastische Urlaubswoche in Villa Casa Jade zu verbringen.
Als wir bei unserem letzten Urlaub im September kurzfristig die Möglichkeit bekamen, Villa Casa Jade zu besichtigen, hatten uns die Eigentümer bereits so herzlich und liebenswert empfangen und durch das Haus geführt. Dafür nochmals herzlichen Dank!! Wir waren bereits zu diesem Zeitpunkt vollkommen überwältigt. Dass der Eindruck sich noch steigern könnte, damit haben wir nicht gerechnet. Casa Jade ist eine Traumoase, die uns sofort in ihren Bann gezogen hat. Ein Objekt mit so viel Liebe im Detail ausgestattet; alles ist rundum wirklich perfekt geplant und durchdacht; die diversen Schlafzimmer mit eigenen Bädern und kleinen Terrassen; wir bewohnten das Masterschlafzimmer mit Terrasse und Blick auf das Meer und es war jeden Morgen ein Traum, dort die Augen zu öffnen und in den neuen Tag zu starten.
Ein herzlicher Dank gilt noch Alana, die uns bei Fragen zur Seite stand.
Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt und werden wiederkommen!

We have just returned from a fantastic family holiday celebrating my(paul) 65th birthday & retirement staying at the Villa Casa Jade. The villa surpassed our expectations beautifully appointed the pool was enjoyed by our grandchildren and all. Camp de Mar a 10 min walk away was pretty and not commercialised with some excellent restaurants the walk back was uphill but not straneuos. There were 6. Adults and two teenage grandchildren and baby Hugo in our party so the villa was ideal in terms of accommodation. We would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful villa for family holidays.

Absolutely gorgeous villa. Photo's do not do it justice. We had a family holiday (children and grandparents!) and the villa was very spacious. Particularly loved all the different outside areas; pool area, separate sitting area, dinning area. Very tastefully decorated and furnished. We made use of the gas bbq for relaxing meals at the villa and also walking distance to resort for some lovely restaurants. If you don't fancy walk home taxi was 3 euro. Would highly recommend this villa and hope to return. Thanks also to staff at southwestmallorca who were very helpful and professional. Many Thanks !

Our first thoughts when we entered the villa was WOW!..
Not only are the views amazing but so is the infinity pool the bedrooms and the sonos music system..
The kitchen is well equipped and there are plenty of outdoor seating areas where you can chill, chat and unwind..
There are some lovely eateries within walking distance but also so easy to grab a cab and head out to Port Andratx and Peguera ..
Our group consisted of a wide range of ages and requirements but this magnificent villa catered for us all..
Debbie at the holiday rental company has been an absolute pleasure to deal with ..
The biggest compliment must be a returned visit and that's exactly what we have done..2014 family holiday already booked..

This villa surpassed our expectations.
Views superb with a real WOW factor.
Accommodation fabulous and as described if not better.
Great music system, very comfortable beds which is important for us oldies!!.
We made the villa work for us by moving a table so that we could all sit together on the terrace.
We didnt use the bbq area, just put the bbq on the grass next to the main terrace/pool, worked well.
The pool was fantastic - perhaps not suitable for young children as there is no shallow end.
Ideally the sunbeds need updating and 10 would have been nice - but hey ho,
WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND HOPE TO RETURN.
I can't praise this villa enough and would like to thank the owners for sharing this beautiful villa with us.

We rented CDM 08 for a grand family reunion and this is a magnificent villa, which is finished to the highest standard, this was no normal holiday rental villa, it had been designed to be a home & we wanted for nothing throughout our stay. However, our main praise must go to your firm whose helpfulness and speed of service throughout was superb.
