The private outdoor pool is exceptionally large at approximately 8 x 16 mtrs with a bridge going over.
There are several beautiful terraces for dining, sunbathing, new Balinese sunbeds added 2019, a mobile gas BBQ for alfresco dining, large bar, with ice machine fridge , sink etc and extended seating area , there's also a Summer kitchen , with gas plancha .
There are mature gardens with fruit trees. The property is not overlooked and you can enjoy dining up by the main house, at the barbecue down by the pool or over at the Japanese barbecue.
Living Space
The main house has a large living room with surrounding terraces, internal and external fireplaces. There is a separate dining room with gallery landing.
The Casita is self contained with its own living/dining room and open plan kitchen.
Kitchen And Utilities
The villa has a stunningly reformed luxury kitchen with 6 ring hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and wine fridge. All crockery, cutlery and utensils are provided.
There is a separate utility room with Washer/Dryer, iron & ironing board.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The master suite with Emperor bed has direct terrace access with views over the pool and gardens.
The main house has another 2 bedrooms all with zip and link beds so can be made as doubles/twins, the wonderful Casita has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

The Villa is set behind gates with a sweeping driveway. The villa is totally private with just a short walk to the village of Campanet.

Campanet lies tucked away in the heart of Mallorca it's, a traditionally quaint Mallorcan village. Like many towns, the market square is the heart of the Campanet and comes alive with locals enjoying coffee and reading the paper, and you will notice many cyclists passing through too. We encourage you to take a step back in time and explore the town and enjoy life as the locals do, at a much slower pace . Local fruit & vegetable market: Tuesday in the main square 8am – 1pm.

Campanet can be found in the foothills of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range, approximately 40km from the capital city of Palma. It is one of only a few remaining untouched, traditional and authentic villages which exist in Mallorca and most visitors to the area are normally independent travellers as opposed to tourists.
The nearby resort of Pollensa is easily accessible by car if you wish to travel further afield, as are the wonderful beaches that can be find at Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa and Cala St Vincente. For anyone who wants to play golf during their visit, the nearest courses can be found at Pollensa and Alcanada, both also a short driving distance from Campanet.

Sa TerceraSa Tercera is a lovely family-run restaurant, located behind the church in Campanet, which serves delicious, traditional, homemade Spanish dishes made from only the freshest of ingredients. The paella is arguably one of the best served on the island and the menu del dia is good value for money. MenestraliaLocated in the well-known Menestralia building, Restaurant Menestralia offers a wide selection of traditional Mallorcan dishes for you to try. The restaurant is open weekdays from 7:30am with breakfast served from 8am and a buffet lunch consisting of hot and cold dishes served from 1pm. Es Mirador de MonnaberEs Mirador de Monnaber Restaurant is located at the Monnaber Nou Hotel, a restored manor house in the Mallorcan countryside. Formerly the dining hall of the manor, the restaurant offers wonderful panoramic views from its terraces. Mallorcan and Mediterranean cuisine is prepared from fresh local produce and a wine list compliments the dishes served perfectly. Shopping
There are a few shops in Campanet but it does host a weekly market every Tuesday morning from 8am until 1pm. The market is located at the Plaza Mayor and sells typical products you'd expect to find, such as fresh fruits and vegetables.

Monnaber Nou’s Health and Fitness Spa offers a series of beauty treatments and massages to help you relax in peaceful surroundings. Qualified therapist are able to advise you on which treatments would be the most beneficial for you in order to make your visit as enjoyable and valued as possible. Guests are also able to use the facilities in the spa, some of which include indoor and outdoor spa baths, a steam room, two saunas, a swimming pool and a fitness room.

Just to say we had a really amazing time in casa Clara! The family are saying it is the best Xmas ever ever. Everyone got on well and the different spaces worked perfectly. Many photos and some amazing memories of fun as well as tranquility (and some blank memories from shot games)!! The kids loved the pool and the adults the pool table and BBQ. We had Xmas dinner outside on 2 tables.... it was amazing!! Thankfully the weather was perfect, just to finish the most blessed week of great family bonding time!

this was THE perfect villa for the perfect holiday over Christmas. 10 adults and 4 children in total. We were not falling over each other at all as the villa has an enormous amount of space both inside and out. Beautifully and tastefully decorated throughout and well equipped kitchen we needed for nothing. We managed a full Christmas dinner outside on the terrace overlooking the beautiful view. The indoor pool was an absoulute hit with the children (as this time of year the outdoor pool was a bit chilly) and those of us who do not have children the cottage was absolutely perfect. The snooker room was a hit with the fathers in our group. Again it was well equipped. The gardens are beautiful. It's secluded and quiet area but the town of Campanet and inca just a short drive away. 30 mins from the airport and Palma. Easy to get around. This villa is simply stunning and I am seriously consider booking it in the summer. Can't thank southwestmallorca villas enough for this gem.

We booked this Villa as a wedding venue for our daughter 12 months ago.
What a place!!!!
We had an incredible 8 nights here to review this I really don't know where to start or how to do it justice,the place is incredible.
A wedding hasn't been held here before but we had 72 guests comfortably positioned on the terrace . The owners Claire and Neil where extremely accommodating 14 of us stayed 8 nights in the 7 bedrooms. Tastefully decorated and spacious with a beautiful pool it is an amazing wedding venue.
We cannot fault anything about it worth every penny

The villa was so perfect for us again this year, we love all the new furnishings and the new kitchen was fabulous, we couldn't bribe the children out of the enormous pool and the games room gave us adults the space we needed too. The grounds as always looked so beautiful and will book again for the fifth year running.

Just arrived home after our fantastic holiday at Casa Clara and feel the most relaxed we have in years. We have loved everything about the villa, the children have had the best time and you have been such an enormous help in tailoring everything to our needs. We really appreciate it and will definitely be rebooking next year!
