Outdoor Space
The outdoor space at Villa Daniella is perfect for families, with a good size pool and grass area for the children to play in. A BBQ area and covered terrace is perfect for outdoor dining and get togethers. Soft sofa style chairs add to the homely feel and table tennis is available for the more active! The pool terrace has partial sea views.
Living Space
The open plan living room in Villa Daniella is perfect for families. The large L shaped sofa sits around the Satellite Smart TV and DVD player. There is a great size dining table for family meals. These two areas are separated by the impressive glass staircase. Just beside the staircase is a pool table!
This villa has a very calming feel and the fixtures and fittings add to the ambience.
Kitchen And Utilities
The smart modern kitchen has everything required and more with large fridge freezer, integrated oven and microwave, hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, blender, lobster pot, pantry items and essential utensils and crockery. A large island with seating adds to the overall space and feel to the kitchen. There is also a separate dining table. Access to the terrace is available from here. A utility room with washer/dryer iron and ironing board are an added bonus.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
All of the bedrooms in the villa are on the higher level. As you walk into the villa the master bedroom is here with an en-suite with bath/shower, double vanity unit and hairdryer. This bedroom has a private terraced area with views, TV and is air conditioned. The second bedroom is a good sized double bedroom, again a good size with TV and air conditioning, the further bedroom is a twin room and again offers a TV and air conditioning. These bedrooms share a bathroom which is modern in design and has a lovely walk in shower.
All of the bedrooms are finished to a high standard and have good storage space.

Situated just 250 mtrs and within easy walking distance of the pretty beach of Cala Vinyas, the villa offers plenty of living space with an open plan Kitchen dinner and a bright lounge with access to the pool terrace area, which has partial sea views.
At entrance level there is a large master bedroom and en-suite with private terraced area , on this level there is a further double bedroom and a twin bedded room that share a bathroom.
On the lower level is a large open plan lounge/kitchen dinner , with access to the terrace/garden areas, off the kitchen is a separate laundry room with washer/dryer. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
Externally there is a flat garden area, BBQ and dining table/chairs for alfresco dining , also soft sofa style chairs, table tennis table available a private 42 square metre pool i.
The house has WiFi throughout and is within easy access of the larger resorts of Puerto Portals, Santa Ponsa and Port Andratx.
