Outdoor Space
Thanks to the elevated position of Villa Celeste you have panoramic un-interupted views of the sea and mountains. The outdoor pool terrace has spaces which just absorb all of these views. The outdoor dining area is a wonderful spot to sit and enjoy a long lunch off the BBQ, whilst the inviting 10 x 5 mtr pool is perfect to cool off from the mid day heat. The pool is surrounded by comfortable luxury loungers with shade provided by chic sails. There is a smaller table and chairs set under cover for a mid day coffee/drink. The BBQ area is shaded and has large sofas to sit and relax. A pretty grass area is just to the side of the property with natural foliage and palm trees adding to the Mediterranean feel of the property. Head up to the roof top terrace to enjoy outstanding views.
Living Space
The different areas of this modern designed villa flow smoothly into one another, the housing strategy relies on clear structures. In the living area a 60 "3D TV from Sharp with surround-sound system from Harman Kardon . An open fireplace, provides a cosy ambiance for cooler months. The living area has comfortable seating options and wonderful views. A large glass dining table has the optimum spot and has views of the pool terrace and sea, definitely a dinner party to remember! The all white elegant interiors all add to the atmosphere and calmness of the villa.
The villa offers a very private location, a tamper-proof alarm system along with a video intercom .
Kitchen And Utilities
The white Siemens large open plan kitchen is a chef's dream and has everything needed for a luxury villa holiday. Sleek, lacquered high gloss finish along with integrated appliances makes this a very comfortable space to work in whilst preparing freshly cooked meals. The breakfast bar is perfect for a casual lunch! Other kitchen facilities include : coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, microwave and also a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
All five bedrooms in Villa Celeste are finished to a high standard and are very welcoming and spacious. The villa has two master suites. Both offer stunning views over the sea, one of the rooms has a large bathroom with walk in shower, double vanity unit and separate dressing room. The second suite has an integrated dressing area with bathroom with bath tub and separate shower. The suites are located on the upper floor and adjoin onto the south facing terrace.
On the ground floor are two further spacious bedrooms each with sea view and en-suite bathroom.

Description for Villa Celeste, Cala Vinas
Superb Luxury Private Holiday Villa in Mallorca, set in an elevated location on a hill in Cala Vinyas (near Sol de Mallorca), uninterrupted sea views over the island of Cabrera, on the Bay of Palma and surrounded by the Tramuntana Mountains of Mallorca, as well as the 'Galatzo'.
The modern villa has generous space for 8 people, the plot is in excess of 1500m2 there is 807m² constructed area (including ground floor 236m², first floor 164m², terraces 267m², pool 50m²).
There are 5 bedrooms with views overlooking the sea / mountain views, 4 with en suite bathrooms.
The villa is South facing so you can enjoy all day relaxing and enjoying the sun or take some shade and enjoy the views on one of the many terraced areas . The villa offers a very private location, a tamper-proof alarm system along with a video intercom .

On the ground floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms each with sea view and bathroom en-suite, as well as a guest toilet and utility room . On the upper floor are located the two master suites.
The master suite offers a fantastically beautiful Southwest views of the open sea and the mountains to the west. A large bathroom with walk-in shower, double vanity, toilet / bidet, in addition to the separate dressing room. Another bedroom is currently used as a gym.
The master suite also offers South sea views. In addition, the integrated dressing area, and a bathroom with separate bathtub and shower.
Both suites opens onto the adjoining terrace facing south. From there, a staircase leads to the roof terrace, which offers a unique 360 ° panoramic views of the sea and the mountains.
Several areas leads to the decked and South facing pool area, the pool is approximately 10 x 5 mtrs . Lovely seating area with large parasol for shade, the villa also has a roof top terrace to enjoy outstanding views .
The villa is fitted with high-quality air conditioning / heating system with air heat pump. In addition to the living / dining area as well as all bedrooms are individually cool or heat. It is heated by a modern underfloor heating. The hot water is provided by solar energy, among others.
The Villa is very conveniently located within walking distance of amenities and the pretty bay of Cala Vinyas and it's flat white sandy beach and playground (ideal for children), are directly within walking distance (300 m).
Within easy reach of Palma, Portals, Port Adriano, 8 golf courses, tennis academy, top restaurants and shops etc. within a few minutes by car. There is also a bus service from Cala Vinyas to Palma.

A lovely Villa with an incredible view. Space for all of us to chill. Lots of outdoor seating with sun and shade. Had a brilliant week with the family relaxing by the pool. Cala Vinyes has a lovely beach with a great beach bar within walking distance with a local Spar for extra convenience. We hired electric bikes to tour the local area. An amazing week.
