This is our second stay at C'an Morell which we thoroughly enjoyed. If you enjoy traditional properties in a beautiful, tranquil setting then this is the place for you. The property is spotlessly clean, well equipped and South West Mallorca very helpful. There are 3 small things that could be improved in the villa itself: change the depressing burgundy & bottle-green bedding; bigger and better glassware, so frustrating trying to make large G & Ts etc in such small glasses; and larger more comfortable sofas for lounging on. These are personal preferences though and small niggles in such a lovely setting.
The villa itself is in S'Arraco, a small, sleepy, traditional Mallorca town but is less than €10 in a taxi to the Port or local beaches should you not want to hire a car. The town has a bank, well-stocked store, pharmacy, ATM plus several bars and simple restaurants.

Another wonderful, relaxing holiday at this beautiful villa in a lovely location!
The villa has great amenities and facilities and the village of S'Arraco provides us with everything we need for a great stay. 3 restaurants and 2 cafe bars within a short walking distance of the villa allow for a variety of venues to eat and drink with the small local supermarket providing us with great top up of supplies following our initial shop at the excellent Mercadona supermarket in Andratx.

This property is charming. The view entering the driveway to this pretty Finca from the village is enchanting, with beautifully tended gardens and the pool to one side and an orchard to the other. The house is spotlessly clean, with everything provided that you might need for your stay.
The bedrooms are large and all have very efficient and quiet air conditioning and comfortable beds. The bathrooms are lovely, with the master bedroom en suite being particularly beautiful.
The pool are is very pretty and enjoys fabulous views.
The wifi provided is excellent, covering the inside and outside of the property. The views across the village to the mountains are stunning and easily enjoyed from the many terraces.
One of my favourite parts of each day was my three minute walk into the quiet village of S'Arraco to get freshly baked pastries and bread for the day from the small, family run supermarket. The village is a snapshot into real rural Mallorca life, with the occasional chime of the village chapel clock, it's an experience to be relished.
Very many thanks, especially to Derek for coming out at 1am to meet us and show us around!

Myself, my husband and two children (15 and 12) have just come back from having a wonderful time at this relaxing villa. I'm not usually one for going back to the same place as I like experiencing different places, but I think I would have to make an exception here. It had everything we look for - lovely grounds, peace and quiet and, as someone else said, a small but perfectly formed village with the centre being just a couple of minutes walk away. We ate out almost every night in the village and all 3 of the restaurants are lovely to sit in and just watch the world go by. Can also highly recommend SouthWest Mallorca who have been very helpful and gave an excellent overview of things to do in Mallorca before we left.

A fantastic villa, amazing setting, gardens spectacular, lots of space. We enjoyed lunches and BBQs at the villa and the short stroll into the friendly village. (Wifi wasn't working when we were there but that was the only issue we had). Would love to come back!

This is a fabulous house for a family holiday; lots of room to spread out; a wonderful pool; fresh almonds, figs, lemons and tomatoes from the enormous gardens and orchards; really well equipped kitchen; tonnes of towels and plenty of places outside for lunches, reading and chilling out.
The town of S'Arracco is small but perfectly formed, there's a great supermarket and two brilliant restaurants - with these and a couple of bbq nights at the villa there was no need to travel further afield.
We would highly recommend SouthWest Mallorca Holidays, and this gorgeous villa.

We stayed here with a few other couples travelling as a group for a special birthday. We had an amazing time. The Villa and grounds were superb and well kept. The property was first class with plenty of space and facilities for a wonderful holiday. Very special memories made to last a lifetime. Service from the agent second to none. Looking forward to doing business again.

We all wanted to let you know what a wonderful holiday we had at the Finca! The beautifully kept villa, grounds, pool and its location made it for all of us. Never have any of us come back from a holiday feeling so relaxed and completely refreshed (excellent transfers and journeys there and back did help with our lack of stress!). The villa is very well equipped with plenty of all we required (only thing we couldn't find was a colander!) and the showers were a joy! We found we spent most of our time at the villa, enjoying the gorgeous weather and the cooling pool, only tending to venture out in the evenings to eat in either the lovely local restaurant that has recently opened up in the village or down to the port, a true indication of how much we loved the villa!

We had a very relaxing week's holiday at C'an Morrell. The villa is in an excellent location with lovely views over the village to the surrounding hills. All the facilities in the villa were of a high standard and worked well. There were 4 adults which meant we had plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. The pool was well used as were the beautiful gardens.
The village has more facilities than we were expecting - C'an Prima in same street is a great local bar that also does unpretentious, cheap and tasty food. It was very relaxing, sitting outside the little bars with a cool beer!

This finca provided an extrememly pleasant holiday for our family group of 8 plus baby. The house is located in well cared for gardens which provide many shady places to sit and enjoy the view over the village and hillside. The pool was used daily by all the family as was the BBQ (cooking on it was a good way of losing weight due it being located in a brick built outdoors kitchen). Our family, (although not prone to watching TV whilst on holiday) were pleased to learn that Ca'n Morrell did have Skye TV enabling them to watch the Olympics. The village of S'arraco is within easy walking distance, useful for fresh bread and grocery supplies.
