The grounds of Finca Sa Fita are simply stunning and offers a plot of 16.000 m2.  The established gardens and lawns offer complete privacy surrounded by mature fruit and olive trees.  A new 5x10mtr saltwater pool completes the area which has a variety of sun loungers/cabana beds and sofas to choose from! Relax in the hammock and take in the warm Mediterranean sun or take some shade on one of the comfortable sofas.  

The garden covers an impressive 15.000m2  and surrounds the house through a portico at the main entrance and a gazebo with bright bougainvillea and more.  You will also find a fish pond and a  sculpture by Miguel Sarasate.  Natural fruit trees including lemon, oranges and figs also add to the scenery and scent of the garden! 

The living areas and interior of Sa Fita is vast and has been finished to a superb standard.  High beamed ceilings the finca has numerous sitting/tv lounges and dining areas.  High speed WiFi is available for your convenience internally and externally.  A new kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances which were fitted in May 2022.  

A large covered terrace area with excellent comfortable sofas is available.

Five hours of daily house keeping Monday - Friday is included in the rental.

Finca Sa Fita is blessed with a brand new re fitted kitchen ( May 2022 ) the owner has made fabulous use of the space and the sleek modern design has everything you need for a luxury villa holiday.  Exposed beams and a feature island are in keeping with the rest of the property and gives it a traditional feel.

There are seven luxury bedrooms in Sa Fita, each with their own individual decor,  fixtures and fittings.  Four of  the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.  One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, the other six bedrooms are on  the first floor with gorgeous far reaching countryside views.  All of the beds are doubles and cannot be split.
