Outdoor Space
The pool area at Villa Blanca is perfect for families. Plenty of space with sun loungers, a large corner sofa and bean bags to relax on. A small grassed area is perfect for kicking a ball around or morning Yoga or work out! Head up to the roof top terrace where you will find a sunbathing areas and shaded eating area with partial harbour views.
Living Space
The living space in Villa Blanca is absolutely lovely. Very welcoming and well laid out makes the space ideal for families. The lounge area has light comfortable sofas and chairs which sit around the TV and fireplace. The lounge flows effortlessly into the dining area which has a large wooden dining table, there are doors here which lead to the garden and pool.
Kitchen And Utilities
The kitchen is set just off the lounge/dining space and has a large island/breakfast bar. The kitchen has everything needed for a luxury villa holiday in Mallorca including a coffee maker and SMEG appliances. High ceilings and exposed beams add to the space and feel of the villa.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
All 5 bedrooms are large with good storage. The master bedroom has a king size four poster bed and access to an outdoor area with comfortable seating, this area can be shaded. The rooms are configurated as 3 king size rooms, one of the bedrooms can either be a double or a twin and there is a further twin bedded room, which is perfect for children. All of the bedrooms are well designed and are decorated in neutral colours. The bathrooms again are of a good size and each have a different design, 4 of the bathrooms have a walk in shower and one of the bathrooms has a bath.

Rocomar is located in Port Andratx and has lovely panoramic views of the harbour and mountains surrounding the bay. The restaurant specialises in seasonal fresh fish dishes, with lobster chosen from the live tank in the restaurant, being the main speciality of the house. Other dishes, such as hot meats provided on warm platters, are also available to order from the varying menu and the service provided is welcoming and friendly. This husband and wife run restaurant was established in 2011. The restaurant is owned by Jenny Terler and Domenico Curcio previously from Ritzi in Puerto Portals. With a glamourous courtyard setting Trespais offers Al Fresco dining with mainly Mediterranean, German and and Asian dishes. This restaurant offers fine dining over looking the Port. Home cooked traditional dishes cooked on the terrace. La Gourmeda is ideal for families. This high end Italian restaurant is waterfront with spectacular Port views. The head Chef Luca is a highly creative Chef and provides beautifully presented Italian dishes. Oliu
This fine dining restaurant was established in 2013, an former olive press located between Port Andratx and Andratx. The 20 strong team is over looked by head Chef and owner Joan Porcel Balaguer. Oliu provides the finest ingredients most of which come from their organic garden, with fresh products such as black artichoke, cap de corti paprika, zucchini, tomatoes and melon head chef combines gastronomic Worldwide ideas without loosing their Mediterranean roots. Savantry
With over 25 years restaurant experience and knowledge Savantry has become a firm favourite in Port Andratx. Run since 2010 by Shuber Nole and family this friendly family restaurant serves homemade fresh cuisine surrounded by sea views. Paellas and tapas are amongst the most popular dishes as well as fresh Lobster. Savantry have an extensive menu which includes and good range of children's meals. Vent de Traumuntana
Ranked #6 of Port Andratx's restaurants Vent de Traumuntana is a quaint old farmhouse with beautiful gardens and offers a more intimate dining experience in Mallorca. The restaurant has a small yet varied menu and is known for it's fish dishes and in particular their fresh grilled Artichokes. The surroundings are elegant and cosy and the staff are excellent. Barlovento
This restaurant is in a fantastic location, front line in Port Andratx. Specialising in sea food but with a varied Mediterranean menu. Barlovento offers a romantic dining experience in a peaceful location with live music creating a relaxing ambience. Llamp
Llamp is one of the first hotels-restaurants in Port Andratx, built in 1962 the building has been hosted by numerous businesses and now it is one of the most popular restaurants in the area. Llamp offers a unique dining experience with a varied menu offering breakfast, lunch and dinner whether it be a romantic meal, family get together or catch up with friends, Llamp is a great place to be. We cannot do a restaurant guide without mentioning Tims. This laid back restaurant is a must for guests. Enjoy a freshly made meal with a selection of drinks and soak in the atmosphere and views of the Port. With tapas dishes and pizzas it is easy to sit and while away a couple of hours with friends whilst listening to live bands and enjoying the overall ambience. Friendly staff are onboard to make recommendations to make your visit even more enjoyable.
LaUniversal

El Coche
This is a well established restaurant that was founded in 1977 by the Bonet Sastre Family. The business has been passed from parents to the children and most recently in 2006 to daughter and Son-in-law.
In 2016 El Coche underwent a new reform to maintain its Mediterranean traditions. This well loved restaurant has a fantastic menu including mussels, grilled octopus, fantastic Paella, pasta dishes including Linguini with langoustines, meat dishes and fish including a popular monkfish dish. Es Port
For a fantastic lunch head to Es Port. This modern restaurant is located in the most enviable position, next to the sea with a cosy atmosphere. Es Port offers the finest of fresh ingredients to create unique gastronomic experiences. Dishes are carefully prepare to represent the local region. Mesόn Can Paco is a family owned restaurant and a hidden gem in the wooded hillside off the town of Antratx. The restaurant offers delicious food and a welcoming service in a quaint and picturesque location overlooking the hills. It is definitely worth booking a table on the lovely terrace area in advance as the views are truly fantastic and heightens the whole dining experience. The town of Andratx can be found south of the Tramuntana mountain range and just a short 30 minute drive from the Capital City, Palma. Andratx is a very traditional, quiet town with beautiful surrounding scenery of orange and almond groves.
Port Andratx is a short 10 minutes drive away and here you will find some of the finest cafes, restaurants and bars on the island. Known for being a working fishing port, there is also a market held daily where it is possible to purchase freshly caught fish. It is also an area where there is a lot going on....
Marina
The main central hub of activity in Port Andratx lies with the Marina. Take a leisurely stroll along the front and gaze at the luxury yachts, relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The marina offers a range of facilities and services for boat owners and visitors. You can find well-equipped moorings and berths, along with amenities such as water and electricity hook ups. Additionally, the marina provides essential services like fueling, waste disposal, and maintenance support. Watersports
Clear Mediterranean waters make Port Andratx an ideal location to sample water sports. On offer here are activities such as Paddle boarding, Sailing and Kayaking. There are local hire shops throughout the Port. Prices start from about 50€ for paddleboard hire. Boat trips are a fantastic way to see the local areas, excursions to nearby coves and hidden beaches. There are guided tours available and some have opportunities for snorkelling.
Shopping
There are a wide variety of shops, boutiques and markets in the Port. Clothing shops including Adenauer, K&K art and decor interiors shop, Veri 5 aromas, there is also an organic supermarket called Veritas. There is a good size Eroski for all your groceries. Don't forget the weekly local market in Andratx, this is Wednesdays 8am - 1pm.
Hiking
This is a very popular activity in Port Andratx thanks to the Tramuntana Mountains being close by. There are numerous hike routes available including the GR221, a long distance trail (140km) offering scenic routes and breath taking views.
Culture
Port d'Andratx has a thriving artistic community, and you can explore various art galleries and studios in the town. Golf
Golf de Andratx is an 18 hole golf course with beautiful views. The signature 6th hole is known as the "longest hole in Spain" clocking in 609 metres from the back tees. Golf de Andratx also plays hosts to different tournaments throughout the year. It also offers a driving range with 21 tees the fee for this is 10€ per adult and 5€ per child per day. Gran Folies Beach Club
Overlooking the sea of Cala Llamp Bay, Gran Folies is an exclusive and oldest of the Beach Clubs in Mallorca. With plenty to offer spending the day here is perfect relaxation. There are hammocks to unwind in, a restaurant to feast in, Chef Alex Arqueres offers Spanish plates with a wide selections of dishes. There is also a beach menu which has culinary delights such as Oysters and Seabass. They also offer special events and occasions. In the morning they have Yoga, a fantastic way to start the day. Treat yourself to a wellness day and a massage overlooking the sea!!

Fishing
Port Andratx is re-knowned for its fishing market and sells the catches of the day in its daily market but you have to get up early!! Fishing has to be part of this Blog!!
Recreational Fishing: Port d'Andratx offers excellent opportunities for recreational fishing. Anglers can enjoy a variety of fishing experiences, including shore fishing, boat fishing, and even deep-sea fishing.
Fishing Spots: You can fish directly from the shoreline, jetties, and rocky areas around Port d'Andratx. These spots provide opportunities to catch a range of coastal fish species. Popular catches include sea bream, sea bass, and various types of smaller fish.
