Outdoor Space
Wow! What can we say about the pool area at Villa Azure, this stunning waterfront villa is very impressive and has direct sea access. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away. There are multiple terrace areas which have sea views, a 50-m²infininty pool which can be heated on request ( a charge is required for this ), and a professional brand new Webber BBQ. Access to a ping pong table is also available. With two solid oak outdoor dining tables you are spoilt for choice when it comes to outdoor dining. A childproof fence can be made availalble, please ask at enquiry stage.
Living Space
The living area in Villa Azure is luxurious with large comfortable sofas and chairs, spot lights in the ceiling and windows which frame the sea views beyond. There is a further seating area which surrounds a large feature fireplace which is a perfect spot for reading or simply admiring the views. The large 75in flat screen TV comes complete with international channels, Denon home cinema system and Bose speakers. A Playstation 3 is perfect for the young ones. The lounge has access to the fabulous outdoor terrace area. The dining room houses an extra large dining table for long family dinners, plenty of crockery and glassware is also to hand. There is also a private study/library for some quiet reading or business needs. A high tech multi purpose room is also made available at the villa - this is ideal for meetings, games and teleworking. It has a large oak table to sit 10 people and fast speed Wi-Fi and a 65inch TV with Worldwide cable TV.
Time in the chill out Jacuzzi room is the best way to unwind after a hard days' sunbathing!! Relax and enjoy the fabulous view with a glass of something chilled!
Kitchen And Utilities
Beautiful kitchen
The kitchen is an excellent size and has a well places table for extra preparation space. The kitchen has an integrated 90cm oven and hob, three fridges, two Nespresso coffee making machines, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and pantry items. Nothing has been over looked here.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
All five of the suites at Villa Azure are impressive and you will be spoilt for choice. They all have top quality Egyptian linens, and are decorated to a very high standard. All of the suites have a bath tub and shower, some even have a Jacuzzi bath tub and power shower! They all feature state of the art TV's, Bluetooth speakers, hairdryers, phone chargers and individually controlled air conditioning. The main suite has a private terrace onto the sea, a huge walk through dressing room and an en-suite with Jacuzzi tub and second bathroom with massage shower!
The rooms are configured as 2 x large double bedrooms and 3 x twin rooms.
An additional sofa bed room can be made available at a small charge. Childs beds/cots and high chairs are available on request only. The villas has a total of 6 bathrooms plus a guest bathroom and a separate W.C and hand wash basin in the heated Jacuzzi lounge.
Location
Villa Azure is in a perfect front line location. Walking distance to the local centre which has numerous restaurants to choose from. The family friendly beach with thatched parasols is located just a short 10 minute walk away. The beach has been awarded a Blue Flag for its quality and safety. A beach bar and children's playground can also be found. If you are up for an adventure a boat from the mooring will take you out to sea for some Dolphin spotting or trips to other beaches or even to Palma! The famous Pirate Adventure Show is only a 20 minute walk! Perfect for the children.

Date of Stay: 14 days
Tasked with finding us a villa for 12 people, during the high season and with only 7 days notice, South West Mallorca could not rate more highly. Debbie worked through the weekend to find a suitable villa that could accommodate us and continued to liaise with the villa owner throughout our stay to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible from the moment we arrived to the moment we left.
They were able to organise transfers for guests arriving at multiple times, a restaurant for lunch when we arrived until the villa was ready, a food shop already done and unpacked and a personal greeting at check in time.
Throughout our stay, help with anything was just a phone call or message away and the local knowledge of places to go, book or have food delivered all enhanced our stay greatly.
We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to book a holiday on this part of the island and would definitely use them again.
Thank you very much Debbie and Clare for all your hard work in pulling our trip together so quickly and efficiently and in such a warm and friendly manner!

Villa is incredibly beautiful with a big heated pool that offers amazing views over the sea. It has every amenity imaginable and our dog loved it too. The location is also good, with a beach and store nearby. We enjoyed it a lot and are very happy to come back in the future.

The view and pool are amazing. Good rooms, large living area with 75inch TV. Big kitchen with everything needed. We enjoyed great BBQs on the terrace. The villa is located in a quite area and very close to Magaluf and just a short trip to Portal Nous Yacht harbor. There is a good Spanish restaurant close by (7 mares). If you plan a trip for a larger group or your family, I can definitely recommend the villa.
