The outdoor terraces at Villa Bon Lloc have magnificent sea views which on a clear day reaches as far as Ibiza.

The fabulous Southwest facing garden and pool means continued sunshine from noon until late evening. The arched terrace area houses a very large dining table which is ideal for al fresco BBQ dining! Shaded seating area can be found overlooking the pool. The fresh saltwater pool is surrounded by palm trees and natural shrubs giving complete privacy and tranquillity. There are numerous good quality sun loungers around the pool.

The kitchen is a large open space and fully equipped with everything needed for a luxury villa holiday. The kitchen maintains a traditional feel with plenty of storage space. A large glass topped table is the perfect spot for family breakfasts before heading out to the impressive pool area for the day!

The main house has 4 large bedrooms, 3 doubles on the upper level each with en suite. The huge master suite comes with large wardrobe space, an archway leads to a seated area with TV. The bathrooms are all individually designed, one has a large circular bath with Moroccan style lamp and his and hers sinks. The 4th bedroom is found on the ground floor and there is also a single room which would be ideal for a child.

All bedrooms are air conditioned.

There is also a separate apartment which is next to the main house which can sleep a further 2 people and 2 children which would be ideal for larger groups. The apartment is open plan. air conditioned and has the same décor as the main house, the kitchen area has a small dining table suitable for 2 people. There is a double bed and bathroom with large walk in shower and pretty mosaic tiles. The apartment can be used for a small extra charge , see rates for further details.

Location

Villa Bon Lloc is located in Calvia, we would highly recommend car hire for this villa. You are a 15 minute drive to the nearest beach and only 8 minutes from the pretty village of Calvia.

The self contained guest apartment is available for an extra 1250€ per week, this sleeps an additional 2 adults and 2 children . Should you wish to book we ask for a 25% deposit and the balance 8 weeks prior to your stay . A 3,000€ security deposit is payable with the final balance and returned after your stay providing no damage .

A wonderful 5 bedroom 5 bathroom in Son Font, close to Calvia, Mallorca. The location offers spectacular views and offer complete privacy. There are 4 bedrooms in the main house and a separate guest apartment , which is available on request at a small extra charge.

This impressive hacienda style property has the most inviting courtyard area. Complete with seating area and dining table, plenty of space to enjoy an evening drink/meal. The exterior of the villa is simply charming with exposed stonework and green shutters, a theme that runs throughout the property.

The wooden double doors open up to a large hallway with wide staircase to the upper level. Immediately you are struck by the quality of the decor, wooden floors and high beamed ceilings are a feature throughout. Large glass doors lead to the light open plan neutral living room with doors leading out to the garden and private pool area. The living area has comfortable sofas and chairs all surrounding the beautiful fireplace and chandelier. Soft lighting adds to the warmth and character. Double doors lead to the large and fully equipped kitchen with integrated appliances.

All bedrooms are air conditioned.

There is a relaxing library area available on this level with large window to allow the fresh air in whilst reading your favourite novel. The outdoor terraces have magnificent sea views which on a clear day reaches as far as Ibiza.

The villa has parking, WIFI and Satellite TV, primarily German TV with some English channels available, washing machine and dryer. In high season pool cleaning is provided twice a week.

You are a 15 minute drive to the nearest beach, the charming village of Calvia is 8 minutes in car , here you will find all the local amenities you would need for a holiday. This is a perfect area for those who enjoy the outdoors and enjoy riding and hiking. Other areas such as Puerto Portals and Palma are around a 20-25 minute drive.

The outdoor terrace area is also a great asset to the restaurant, as it offers views overlooking the surrounding valley. As it is a favourite choice, booking in advance for Mesόn Ca’n Torrat is advised to avoid disappointment.
