Outdoor Space
The outdoor area of Villa Carolina is perfect for families with a covered terrace with sofa seating and dining , there is a BBQ for alfresco dining and table tennis, and of course your a private saltwater pool. The villa enjoys views over Bendinat Golf and is just minutes away from the popular Puerto Portals marina and the village of Portals Nous.
Living Space
The lounge area of Villa Carolina is a lovely space to relax with the family. Large comfortable sofas surround a modern feature fireplace. There is a large dining table to fit the whole family for special meals and get togethers. Doors lead to the outdoor terrace space.
Kitchen And Utilities
The kitchen in Villa Carolina is a lovely open plan space. Fully equipped with integrated appliances and large fridge freezer there is plenty of storage space and preparation areas. The round breakfast table is perfect for your first morning coffee. Just off the kitchen is a little snug area with sofa and TV.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The very spacious master bedroom can be found on the first floor of the property and comes complete with en suite bathroom. A further 2 bedrooms both with en suites are also on this level. All bedrooms are decorated to a high standard and offer good storage.
The remaining bedrooms are on the Second floor, again generous in size and elegantly furnished, these rooms share a well appointed family bathroom.

Bendinat is an elegant resort just 11km west of the capital city of Palma, which offers some of the most exclusive properties in Mallorca. The area is set between the mountains and the sea; bordering a natural park to the north and with fabulous beaches with soft sand and clear waters all within a short distance.
At the heart of the area is the Royal Bendinat Golf Course, offering 18 holes through which to progress as you enjoy the newly refurbished clubhouse, restaurant and bar provided onsite.
Bendinat prides itself on its convenient location, with just 2km separating it from the elegant marina of Puerto Portals where you will be able to find an array of cafes, restaurants, bars and countless boutiques. The wonderful sandy beach central to Portals is also only a short 5 minute drive away.
Golf
One of the most popular things to do when staying in Bendinat is a round or two of Golf!
Real Gold de Bendinat in Majorca offers 18 holes to tackle strategically as you make your way through the course that is built with a combination of valley and mountain terrain, trees, bunkers and lakes. The location of the course offers a unique playing experience between the sea and the surrounding mountains and rewards players for right decisions when it comes to making their shot.
The golf club also offers use of its driving range, putting green and chipping area to practice and perfect your game, and a Clubhouse can be found near the 1st hole which contains a comfortable lounge to take time out to relax.
There is a restaurant area, which consists of a large terrace and dining room, overlooking the spectacular views near the 18th hole, and offers a menu with some wonderful national dishes for you to try throughout the day.
Bendinat Beach
The beach in Bendinat is a small beach surrounded by pine groves, which is accessed directly from the residential area. At just 50m by 20m it can provide peaceful sunbathing for beach lovers looking for some peace and quiet.
Eating out
Even though there are not many restaurants in Bendinat what they do have is good quaity restaurants serving excellent food.
Las Terrezas del Bendinat
Las Terrazas Del Bendinat, a restaurant located at the Bendinat Hotel, is situated in a great location and offers incredible views of the open water from the outdoor terrace area, especially when the sun is setting. The menu here changes according to the time of day, with an excellent variety of tapas, salads and paellas gracing the lunch menu and pastas and elaborated fish and meat dishes offered for dinner. Similarly the atmosphere changes at meal times, with a more casual feeling to your dining experience during lunch compared to the elegance and lively atmosphere you will find in the evening. Service is very good, with staff more than happy to go the extra mile to ensure your dining experience is memorable for the right reasons.
The restaurant also caters for events such as business meetings, family celebrations and weddings and again, the staff are more than happy to tailor-make a menu to suit your needs and requirements if you contact them beforehand.

Es Romani
Es Romani is the signature restaurant of the Lindner Hotel. This is a relaxed pool side bar and restaurant than provide Jazz brunches on a Sunday, Sushi on a Thursday and plenty more in between! If you just wanted to call in for a salad or fish dish then thats fine too! You have made an excellent choice!!!

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Mallorca. We stayed in Villa Carolina in Bendinat. The villa was superb and had everything needed for a family of 8.
From booking the holiday with Debbie to being looked after by Barbara during our stay, it has been a fabulous holiday.
We will definitely be returning to Villa Carolina in the future.
